Nature and scope

What browsing this site does and does not create

Browsing requires no registration and creates no contract. Sending us a form or an email is a commercial enquiry, which we answer; it is not an offer or acceptance by either side and does not form a contract.

Where a signed contract exists between your organisation and ours — work-breakdown structure, service levels, acceptance method, confidentiality — that contract prevails over anything stated on these pages, in every case.

Content basis: verifiable figures, with the qualifier attached

Headcount, client counts, capital, certifications and coverage figures are the company’s public disclosures, sourced from the business registry, certificates and our own product sites. The statements “14,000+ funds covered” and RMB 5.6 tn+ in assets covered describe assets running on client platforms inside the software. They are not assets we manage or hold, and they imply no licensed asset-management activity.

Rankings by third parties such as Zero2IPO and ChinaVenture are annual selections; lists and positions move year to year. We quote only the reviewable count of ranked institutions running PEPM, never a current position, and we make no market-leadership claim. Case and impact text is anonymised; naming a client requires that client’s written authorisation, and we neither publish nor permit fabricated testimonials.

They are not an offer or an invitation to treat to any specific party, and they are not legal, investment, tax or compliance advice. Valuations, indicators and alerts inside the software are calculations and prompts: the decision and the external filing remain your committee’s and your institution’s responsibility.

None may be registered as a trade mark, domain or trade name, or used to suggest an affiliation, without permission. Quoting passages with attribution, unchanged meaning and no commercial imitation is welcome for internal evaluation, vendor comparison or academic discussion. Whole-site scraping, mirroring, bulk copying, or reuse for model training and republication requires prior written permission. Third-party names — integration partners, ranking publishers — belong to their own owners and appear here only as indicative reference, which is neither a licence nor an endorsement.

Links divide into two groups: our own product sites (pepm.com.cn, vc800.com) fall under the same terms as this site, while links to third-party sites exist only to identify an integration target or an information source and imply no approval or control.

Governing law and forum

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Our registered office is at Building 4, No. 209 Zhuyuan Road, Suzhou High-tech Zone, Jiangsu, China (postcode 215104), so absent a different forum agreed in contract, the competent people’s court in Suzhou has jurisdiction. Where a signed contract provides for arbitration or another dispute-resolution method, that agreement takes precedence.
