Assess the definitions first; decide about software afterwards

One sector adviser and one architect attend. The adviser asks about reporting definitions and approval chains; the architect asks where data originates and who owns each field. Written findings follow within five working days.

What the session is

A definition audit, not a feature demonstration

Forty-five minutes with two people on our side. The sector adviser covers the business: external filing definitions, the approval chain, performance metrics, how LP reporting is produced today. The architect covers the systems: where data originates, who owns each field, which steps run through manual exports.

You leave with three artefacts, not a sales deck: a break inventory (every step still held together by manual work), a definition conflict table (the same metric defined differently by different departments), and a phased roadmap (what to do first, how long it takes, how it is accepted). Whether to implement is your call, made on top of those documents.

What to have ready (no preparation documents required)

  • One current external filing template or LP report
  • A spoken description of the approval flow — no swim-lane drawing needed first
  • A list of systems in use and where their data comes from; spreadsheets count
  • One specific problem you want solved before the next filing season
  • Attendees from business, risk and finance — one each is enough

Four steps, each with a stated deadline

Submit the request → within Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 CST we confirm the slot and who attends, inside 60 minutes → a 45-minute session, on video or at the Suzhou office → written findings within five working days.

A mutual NDA can be signed before the session. Client-side material is used for the assessment only and is not copied or retained. The assessment is not billed, and you are not asked to disclose client lists or deal detail at this stage.

Deadlines and outputs

  • Acknowledgement within 60 minutes of an enquiry sent Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 CST

  • If the work is not a fit, that conclusion is written down too — no sales follow-up
  • Pricing, if requested, is split by capability, duration and person-days

Procurement and tendering: how far we go

State-owned and group procurement is routine work for us rather than a special case. For vendor registration, prequalification and tender responses we supply what the invitation asks for: business licence and legal-representative identification, certification evidence (CMMI Level 3, ISO 9001, national High-tech Enterprise, Xinchuang compatibility, AAA credit rating), the 100+ software-copyright register, anonymised reference descriptions with the acceptance method stated, technical and deployment documentation, integration interfaces, and a work-estimate breakdown.

We accept assessment and delivery as separate contracts, and we accept an assessment-only award. Cases stay anonymous unless the client has authorised the name in writing — we state that limitation in tender answers rather than papering over it.

Documents we routinely provide

  • Business licence, legal-representative ID, authorisation letters
  • Certificates with appraisal level, audit scope and validity dates
  • Software-copyright register (100+ entries, as published)
  • Reference descriptions: anonymised, stating the mechanism and the acceptance test
  • Technical proposal, deployment topology, security and localised-IT statements
  • Pricing support: split by capability, duration and person-day, not bundled
  • NDA, data-protection undertaking and integrity/anti-corruption clauses

Where we work

The city list of our branches is confirmed from the registry and due-diligence pack rather than repeated here, so the page cannot go stale. Head office and engineering are in Suzhou.
