Privacy policy
We do not track visitors. We process what you choose to send us.
This page describes the actual configuration: static pages, no third-party scripts, no cross-site tracking cookies, and a contact form that composes an email draft in your own browser because no receiving endpoint is enabled.
This document is an operating statement about the website. It requires review by the company’s legal function, and an effective date, before formal publication.Suzhou Zichuan Information Technology Co., Ltd. · site operations
Scope
The site is static, and that sets the privacy boundary
catalpa.tech is served as pre-built static files. There are no accounts, no log-in, no personalisation, no profiling, and no recommendation engine. The only scripts on the page handle form validation and interaction; all of them are delivered from this domain, with no analytics, advertising or social-plugin code.
So this policy is not mainly about how we protect large datasets. The honest statement is that we hold very little: the only information that identifies you normally exists because you chose to send it.
What we collect: only what you submit
The contact form asks for name, organisation, phone and email, with role, area of interest and context optional. On submit, those entries are assembled into the body of one email and sent from your own mail client to info@zichuantech.com. With no receiving endpoint configured, this server never sees the form data, and we cannot store it before you press send.
We use the message to reply, to pick the right adviser for the session and to agree a time. It is not used for anything else. The form also carries a hidden honeypot field for bot detection; it collects nothing about you and is not stored.
Field by field
- Name, organisation, role: identify the contact and choose the right adviser
- Phone and email: reply to this enquiry and confirm the meeting slot
- Area of interest and context: decide who attends and which definitions to prepare
- Honeypot field: automated-submission check only, no personal data, no storage
- Email threads: held in our mail system for the duration of the conversation
- There is no cookie banner, because there is no consent-requiring tracking cookie
Access logs: the minimum that any public host produces
As with any reachable website, the hosting environment records basic request data. Those records exist for security (detecting scanning, injection and credential-stuffing), for fault diagnosis and for abuse review. They are not used to build visitor profiles and are not combined with marketing.
If a content-delivery network or a host-side log service is enabled later, the retention rules stated here will be updated before that change goes live, and reviewed by the company’s legal function.
What is held, what it is for, how long
Rows marked "not applicable" describe data the site does not collect, listed so the boundary is explicit.
| Record | Contents | Purpose and retention |
|---|---|---|
| Server access log | IP address, timestamp and requested path, User-Agent, referer | Security and fault diagnosis only; in principle no longer than 90 days, extended while an incident is open |
| Email and correspondence | The address you send from, the message body and the thread (to info@zichuantech.com) | Handling of this enquiry; deletable on request after the conversation closes, and any marketing follow-up needs separate consent |
| Unsent form input | Not applicable | With no endpoint enabled the draft is composed in your browser and never reaches this server, so there is nothing for us to retain |
| Tracking cookies and local storage | Not applicable | No cookies, localStorage or comparable identifiers are written for analytics, advertising or personalisation |
| RSS and file requests | Ordinary access-log entries created by your reader | Feeds are fetched by your client directly; we build no reading profile on top of them |
Your rights and how to exercise them
Under the Personal Information Protection Law, together with the Cybersecurity Law and the Data Security Law of the People’s Republic of China, you may request access, a copy, correction, completion, deletion or withdrawal of consent in relation to information this site processes, including the retention scope of an email thread. Send the request to info@zichuantech.com with your name, organisation and the subject; we verify the requester before acting and answer within fifteen working days. The same channel handles complaints.
Data relating to a delivery engagement stays inside the client environment under the signed contract, including intranet deployments. This website never touches it.
Processor
Who decides the purposes
Suzhou Zichuan Information Technology Co., Ltd. determines the purposes and means of processing for this site. Registered office: Building 4, No. 209 Zhuyuan Road, Suzhou High-tech Zone, Jiangsu, China. Legal representative: Xu Hengwei.
Channels
Where to send a request
Email info@zichuantech.com; general line 0512-68075637 (Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 CST). Existing-system issues go to support@vc800.com, which also accepts data requests.
Safeguards
Correspondence is accessible on a least-privilege basis to the adviser and manager handling the enquiry. Platform-level controls (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, function/data/field-level permissions, intranet deployment) are described on the capability pages and sit outside this site’s scope.
Access from outside China, and language versions
The operating entity, its registration and the site hosting are all located in mainland China, and access logs are generated and kept there. Visitors from other jurisdictions can browse normally; submitting contact details means the information is handled in China under this policy, and nothing is transferred abroad.
Every page under the /en path follows the same policy as the Chinese pages — the language version does not change the processing. Filings are published in the footer: 苏ICP备16038228号 and the public-security record 苏公网安备32050602013165.
Updates and the effective date
There is no cookie banner and no pop-up to announce changes, because there is nothing to consent to. Updates take effect when this page is republished, and a material change — a new collection point, an enabled form endpoint, any third-party script — will carry a stated effective date at the top of this page. The current text describes https://catalpa.tech as configured today and is subject to legal review before formal publication.
